First if this is a remodel, you should already have the space for the stove in your pannel. A stove is normally a 50 amp 220 breaker if it is electric ( not if it is a gas) A 220 stove will take two spaces.

You will need a subpanel, 12- 16 should be fine. Feed with a 60 Amp feeder, and use for all 120 volt loads. Need at least two 20 amp appliance circuits for the counter, all kitchen outlets are GFI, except reefer. Best the reefer be a separate circuits, and any microwaves, and dishwasher.

You should be able to use a 40 amp range circuit, most besides the larger ones fit fine.
