If your private parts are dark its actually not that uncommon. I have found that men of italian,l greek, hispanic orgin have darker pubic areas (actually the shaft). So dont worry about it.

I have seen a porn star on TV doing anal bleaching, and she is white. if your white your they are darker on the red side, if you're not white you have more melanin on the browner depending on your melanin count which how dark or light you are, I am not sure if they do anal bleaching for nonwhites? you can check
