No disconnectable plugs. Screw terminal to screw terminal.
An AC thermostat is hard wired.
A 10-base-T Ethernet connection is a wired connection
A telephone with a modular connector is a wired connection.
Older telephones were once connected to a 4 terminal screw block. This is a hardwired phone.
