Hi, I had a double-process on my hair about a month ago to have blonde hair, unfortunately the color turned out a gold/yellow blond. I didnt want to do anything to it as it was very straw-like but im so sick of the yellow brassy tint. I want to apply a blue-violet toner to get rid of the yellow/orange tint. I was wondering if a toner can be used at any given time or can it only be used right after bleaching? I read that the hair needs to be porous enough in order for the toner to be absorbed and i was wondering if i can still apply it now and will it absorb the toner?
