I think what she meant to ask, if the doctor (a regular doctor or a gyn) see her from "down under" can they figure out of she had sex or not.

It can be possible for the doctor in doing a check up to tell. But then people who are old enough and responsible enough to be having sex should be ok, Plus a person having regular sex, would have already been to the doctor and be on birth control.
