Im on steroids every month as part of my treatment, i take them, get really bad spots then they just clear as i go back on them again! its realy annoying, im very image concious. Anyone have any ideas about creams/lotions or potions that can help?:)

im just coming of steroid 4 the first time after finishing my course and iv started to get spots on my back, how long do they stay there 4 ? iv been told that sun beds help them go away
