For the past month my dog (age 8 months.) barfs bile in the middle of the night prabably two or three times a week. He is never lethargic or sick acting in the daytime. He is actually very active and beautiful. There is nothing in the vomit, only a little bit of bile. Why does he do this and what can I do to stop it?

I am not a vet But I think when you vomit bile that means your stomach is empty. My solution would be to divide his meals into 2 feedings. If you are already doing that, my suggestion would be to contact your vet or if it doesn't clear up with 2 feedings a day.
