IMHO, you can collect Google Adsense income, as that is income that you would be able to collect worldwide.

It IS subject to U.S. taxes as self-employment income. You would need to report it on Schedule C or C-EZ.

Schedule C is the form that is used to report business or contract income, which is what the Google Adsense income is considered to be by the IRS.

You enter the gross income near the top of the form. Towards the middle of the form you enter the expenses incurred to generate this income.

Those expenses include, but are not limited to, the cost of your computer (on a pro-rated basis), the cost your your Internet connection (again, on a pro-rated basis), and other necessary costs incurred to generate the Adsense income.

The difference between your income and these costs is what you will pay taxes on.
