My period is 14 days late. About a week ago I had a small amount of brown discharge that last a couple of days. I have bad cramps in my lower right stomach that goes through to my lower back. In the past I was told by OBGYN that I have PCOS, however it has been under control for about 6 mths now. I have taken two pregnency tests and they both have come back negative. Any suggestions on what this might be.

Go to your Dr. and tell them your situation and have them run some tests.
