I have a three year old child and the breast milk never dried up, i am able to squeeze only one of my nipples and a green substance comes out why is this?

I would immediately contact a physician (which I am not) because it sounds to me like a mammary gland infection. Any infection can be extremely serious so it is definitely worth a look at a doctor.
