We are UK residents (retired) who have holiday rental property in the USA. Registered with the IRS. We have recently made a"Family Trust" but believe that to reduce Inheritance tax in the US we will have to make a further trust to protect our interests upon the passing over of one of us and leaving property to the remaining spouse. Anyone out there able to advise us on the type of Trust/Will that will be nexcessary to fit our requirements ??

That kind of specialized tax advice really cannot be provided on this forum.

It requires the personalized attention of an estate planner who would interview you and learn ALL aspects of your financial situation order to provide a customized plan.
