Here I am with my doubts again/short gist of what happened

March 1st-Lap for ectopic pregnancy/But both my tubes were saved-It was a tubal abortion

June-Had a HSG that said both my tubes were blocked

July 5th-Had a diag laparoscopy which said both my tubes were open and HSG was a false result..(quite relieved!!!);

But doc said my right tube was abnormally long (I had my ectopic in my right tube)and hence requested me to have a ultrasound (follicular study)between 13th to 20th day of my cycle and plan my preg when im ovulating on left side.

Doc also put me on duphaston to regulate my cycle since I had irregualr periods and also said I have PCOS.

My next cycle fell on August 7th..Accordingly I went for my scan on 16th August( 10th day of my cycle)..No signs of ovulation:-(..Then went for another scan on 23rd august(17th day of my cycle) ..still no signs of ovulation:-((..

But doc said since I had already conceived once(ectopic) it does not mean i dont ovulate at all...So she asked me to try naturally for a month or two and then If I was still not able to conceive we can think of clomid option!!!

But now I have got my periods on September 1st(early period-25 days cycle)...Everytime my cycle length is 32-40 days..but this time it is so early...What is happening with my body??Is my cycle getting to becoming regular???

If till 17th day I didnt ovulate how is it possible i got my periods on 25th day?

Also please note that we never tried for pregnancy after ectopic..we just started trying from 27th august...But im totally confused.....I know its pretty a lengthy question///but i have no choice:-((((Can Anyone please help me???:-(
