I am in L1 visa in US. I like to apply for ITIN for my spouse and kid. Is there any office or authorized agent near grayslake, il 60030 to directly submit it.

Access Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) for the location of the IRS office nearest to you. Once you identify the office, call and ASK if they can process an ITIN request.
