dragonthug7 Sep 10, 2007, 05:58 PM Can a high school student get home school? ToXicEscaqe Sep 10, 2007, 06:27 PM Yes but I wouldn't recommend it Fr_Chuck Sep 10, 2007, 07:04 PM For the right parent and child it is great. tairyn123 Sep 10, 2007, 07:35 PM Yes, but you have to research the stipulations for your county, state, school district. You have to take and pass all the major exams. It is a big commitment and a big change from public school but certain people can benefit from it. firmbeliever Sep 11, 2007, 01:38 AM http://school.familyeducation.com/home-schooling/parenting/29861.html http://school.familyeducation.com/home-schooling/parenting/29861.html?page=2&detoured=1 You might want to check out these links for the pros and cons of homeschooling. imadreamer Oct 2, 2007, 06:41 PM Yes, but it makes it harder to settle into college if you're homeschooled in high school. I was homeschooled till my 10th grade year and then went to public school so I could get SOME sort of social experience. Fr_Chuck Oct 2, 2007, 06:44 PM Many homeschool groups or school providers, actually have approved school numbers to use when applying to college. Also social programs are not really an issue if parents give proper care, Things like sports programs, music schools and other group activities Copyright ©2005-, Ask Me Help Desk
