We signed a lease on our home/property 5 days ago. Is there a time period within which we can change our mind? We live in Oregon.

Hello akl:

No. However, you might be able to buy your way out with a months rent because you haven't moved in yet.

This shouldn't cost the landlord anything. He took it OFF the market based upon your word. You didn't keep your word, and it's gonna cost you.
