I replaced blower motor and new thermostat, but now there is no power to the complete unit.

Check the fuses and circuit breakers for your unit.

If your breakers check out o.k. was the power turned off completley when changing the thermostat you might have blown the transformer, check to see if you are getting 24 volts on the secondary side of transformer.
