I have an old honeywell chronotherm controller. Bought a Hunter programmable to replace it with. Question is this: Hunter has slot for Y, C, M, or O wire. Problem is, the old honeywell has a Y AND a C. All other existing wires and letters correspond, but the hunter says that Y and C which are two separate wires on the Honeywell are actually one wire for the hunter. Instructions say the Y/C/M wires for the A/C compressor, and O is for a reversing valve operation in cool mode. What slots do the C and Y wires need to go in with the new hunter programmable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The "y " will go to y and the "C" will not go to anything but will tape off end,
