Im 24 years old and have a 1 year old daughter. Yesterday i noticed some spotting in my underwear and everytime i go to the toilet i see a brownish reddish discharge. i did have some thrush symptoms before i got my period on july 29th.I was on implanon for about 7 months but had it removed two months ago because it was causing me too much stress with the irregular bleeding and mood swings. I am also breastfeeding and had a ceasarian section when my daughter was born. i am also feeling bloated and feel a dull pain in my abdomen and back. my husband and i currently use condoms but we have been careful...could i still be pregnant?or is it something else? i had my pap smear 3 months ago and it was normal.:confused:

It could be a few things...
Pregnancy
Infection or Imflammation of some kind
Hormone fluctuations
Whatever it is you need to be checked out by a MD.
