I have a quote to install 4TEE3F48A1000A air handlers along with 2TTR3048 condenser.

He is selling this as 14 seer system. Is this really the case?

Also I can not fine 4TEE3F48A1000A on Trane web site, is this really from Trane?

The air handler listed is made by American Standard, not Trane, this uses 410-A refrigerant, is a 4 ton unit. The condensing unit shown has a SEER rating of up to 14 SEER depends on what equipment it is matched to, this Trane model number shown uses R-410-A refrigerant.
