In recent months I have noticed brown spots on my face especially my cheeks its all cover I haven't use any special skin lightening on my face what is the problem or how can I get rid of them.

Hi. I worked as a skin care specialist and most of the time brown spots are due to time spent in the sun. They can also signify age spots, which I might add you don't have to be old to have these spots. I've seen women in their 30's with age spots. The only way that I know of is to get them reduced and treated by a machine that uses a laser. It also works out the redness in Rosacia patients. If they are bothersome, or if they start to itch or hurt then you need to seek medical attention. I would just recommend you to go to a Spa or a Skin care place in your area and doscuss your options.
