i want to break a bad habbit...

i have been biting my nails since i was a little girl. generally i start to nibble when i get nervous or anxious -- but rarely i notice what i am doing. do ya'll know any tricks to keeping my hands away from my lips? thanks

Honestly the best thing you can do is practice a little self-discipline. There is a product you can buy called "Nibble No More" which is a polish that contains a bitter cactus extract; this may help you!

The most common culprits of nail biting are stress, anxiety or depression. Try applying a nail polish that has a strong smell. The taste and smell will keep you from biting your nails. You will find different brands of nail polish at your local drug store or beauty supply store.
