Hello I got an email saying that drinking bottled water kept in car in hot weather will cause breast cancer. Is it true. What chemical is causing breast cancer. I normally keep bottled inside my car. I am living in Middle East. During summer it reaches above 46 degree.

This website confirms this as an urban legend

Urban Legends Reference Pages: Reuse of Plastic Bottles (http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/petbottles.asp)

it quotes the environment and health agencies involved in investigating such claims

Many e-mails spread questionable facts that are little more than forklore. The plastic bottle material can partially break down in direct sun light so I would not leave bottles in the sun or heat things in a microwave that are in plastic. Take a few wise precautions but don't believe every e-mail you receive.
