 I have a bellsouth ultra DSL connection @ 100.0 Mbps with a Westell router, will this work with Vonage or do I need a Broadband connection? I use wireless and Ethernet on this router. What does the Vonage router or whatever it's called do. I'm confused. All I want is Vonage and the correct internet connection so it will work correctly (I'm assuming that I can use the bellsouth DSL and not have the bellsouth telephone). I hope this makes sense.

I'm sorry, but Bellshouth don't offer that speed, come to that NO one does as, at present, the fastest DSL connection is 24 mbps.
The service you are referring to is Up to 1.5 Mbps.

Anyway back to the questions.
Vanage will work fine on this connection type.
You still need to have a phone connection as DSL comes to you over the phone line.
It is not a good idea to completely rely on VoIP for your needs as it isn't as stable as a normal phone.
