Hi all,
I was diagnosed with PCOS in late June. My OBGYN gave me Provera 15 mg to take for 6 days. She said that I should start my period 3 days from the last day of taking the meds. I stopped on Saturday. But as of today I still have not gotten my period. I have a call into my dr. But, I was wondering what experiences others have had with Provera. Is this normal? I am sort of concerned...

i got two shots of provera over a 2 week time span and it took me about a day to get my period after the shot, so if it took me a day after the shot , then i can only imagine that it might take a few days with the pills, i wouldnt really worry to much seeing as how you have called your doctor.

Tuscany, the stuff never worked for me. I was on Provera and Premera, I think it is now PremPro. Never got it to start my period.

Thanks everyone. I did get it on Saturday. I have an appointment next Tuesday with my OBGYN to discuss the "next step." Keep your fingers crossed. I am dying to get pregnant.
