Haxzor50 Jul 10, 2007, 08:10 PM OMG YOU HAVE CANCER!!! nah j/k... dood.. ur cool just get some meds... and masquito bites dont really have a set time to go away... they just do over time... but to get them to go away quicker, go get some over the counter meds for it... works wonders dood.. rankrank55 Jul 10, 2007, 08:16 PM Yes that is completely normal for a mosquito bite but don't scratch it too much, this could cause infintigo. Putting clear finger nail polish over the bite and using itch creams is what my mother always did. They will go away in a few days usually, if they are left alone! AKaeTrue Jul 10, 2007, 08:40 PM I found that taking oral Benadryl and applying Benadryl cream controlled the itching and swelling for my family. Usually the bites will stop bothering us after 12 hours for the smaller sized bites and up to 48 hours for the larger ones you're speaking of. Good luck to you, I know the itching is very annoying and uncomfortable. Lolitah_xx Jul 10, 2007, 08:42 PM i just got a big 1 on my leg last nite.. just dont scratch it and it will go away in like 2 days Haxzor50 Jul 10, 2007, 08:44 PM ive always heard that masquito bite remedies work on different people differently via their gene pool, is this true? Lolitah_xx Jul 10, 2007, 08:50 PM yea probably cuz every1 is different Haxzor50 Jul 10, 2007, 08:51 PM everyone is different because of their genes, soo hah! i win! lol Copyright ©2005-, Ask Me Help Desk
