My periods have been awful for the last 2 months the 3rd and 4th day of the cycle I have to change my super tampon 13 times a day and I still have accidents. I am on yasmin and also start the first 2 days of my period with a dark stringy blood. What should I do?

You need to go to the doctor and get your blood checked as well as discussing whether this medication needs to be changed. Changing 13 times a day is quite a bit much. You should have your iron levels checked as well.
