look it has to go with your face obviously so just make sure you look alright if you look a hott mess change it then but picturing that wouldnt be all that cute.

If your hair is blonde and you add blue highlights, it will be very dramatic. Since you're underage, you should get your parents permission before putting blue highlights in your hair.
