Just thought I'd share this experience.

It seems travelocity, expedia, priceline etc. are not so hot for air fares only...at least for the trip I'm searching for.

Non-Stop round trip from cols, oh to orlando, fl in December.

Airline websites:
Delta Airlines $290
Southwest Airlines $263

Travel websites:
Priceline $472
Travelocity $350 (Delta)
Expedia $477 (Delta)
Orbitz $451 (Delta)

...so when you're searching, don't forget to check the airlines pricing directly.

Since posting, people I've talked to who travel alot say that none of the big travel sites can compete with airfare only prices, but that for hotels they are wonderful.

I travel most weeks. I use Travelocity to compare airline prices, then go directly to the airline web site to make the reservation. Usuallly save money.

I am a travel agent. You can get last minute specials esp. to Dallas, Birmingham, and Atlanta. You can get your own site for travel bookings. The fee is $10 to start up. You would get to download coupons, earn 90% commission of your travel, get great discounts, get a directory of companies in the area of your arrival that you may need or interest, and it can be great benefit travel just to do with the family. the link is posted below for you.:)

Hi,
I like Reviews of vacations, hotels, resorts, vacation and travel packages - TripAdvisor (http://www.TripAdvisor.com)
You can see most of the leading travel companies at once for comparison. You don't need to switch screens. Great site!
