Every time I have an Orgasm I have bleeding and cramping. The bleeding can last anywhere from 4-6 hours. Even If I have a wet dream I wake up in blood. I have lupus so I'm on chloroquine and iburpofen, neither list bleeding as a side affect.

Are you taking any meds? Had any surgeries lately? Any more information you can give would be helpful :)
