i have a discoloration around my mouth. im 15, i don't smoke or drink or anything; how do i make it go away????!?!?!?

Skin pigmentation conditions can be a problem for people of all skin types. Go to the pharmacy and get a fading or bleaching cream containing 2% hydroquinone or kojic acid. I recommend using it once a day with an SPF 15 moisturizer. If you don't see any improvement after a month or so, ask your mother to take you to see a dermatologist. The dermatologist can give a prescription cream to help clear up the discoloration.
