You CANNOT access your tax return online.

A phone call to the IRS (1-800-829-1040) can get you a copy of your tax transcript MAILED to you at no charge.

If you had your return done professionally, contact the tax pro. He is required by law to maintain a file copy of your return for at least seven years. He will send you another copy, probably for a $10 admin fee.
