so i have fairly dark hair and some what tanned skin, ive had blonde/almost white high light, also streeks and they didnt look that bad and ive been thinking for a little while about going blond on top and keeping my dark hair on the bottom like Suzie Mcneil like in her music video Hung Up, please go check it out too see what i mean, im not sure if i could really pull it off i would love to have blonde hair, my mom also had blonde hair and she was able to pull it off for 10 years:) would the blonde hair look bad with my skin? would it make my skin look lighter?? help please!!!:( also if it helps i have pretty dark eyes there brown.

If you have an olive or tan complexion, avoid blonde colors that are too light or yellow. It will make your skin look dull. Opt for colors such as dark ash blonde, dark golden blonde or light brown.
