Hi, I'm wondering which is the best statistical method in SPSS to analyse the STAI-TRAIT anxiety scores?

Should I use a chi, wilcox or t-test?

The data I have is a before and after study for the alleviation of anxiety in massage patients (one month between). I have a small sample of 29.

I am also analysing the VAS each week within the month so identify any patterns on a week to week basis.
