On every inch of my legs are little white freckles! I'm not talking about those little white scars you get from cuts or scrapes either, they look exactly like freckles. They're less noticable on my thighs, but absolutely visible from my knees down (well actually there aren't any on my knees). Basically I want to know if there are any lotions or anything I can put on my legs to make them go away or at least make them less noticable?

You could probably try make up to cover them up a little, I have a clear descoloration on my neck, I just ignore it, and no one complains, everybody else only care about their own looks, so, don't take this stuff too seriously, relax. It's more likely that people will like you more for the person you are than for your looks, besides, if you love people and are friendly, people will love you back.
