Is vaginal discharge and the same thing?

Well anyway, lately I have alot of discharge. When I pee, poop, or if im sitting down doing nothing i would find a spot of discharge on my underwear.

Is it normal for this to happen?
If not how can you stop discharge?

Discharge for a woman is perfectly normal. That is what keeps our vaignal canal clean as it washes away certain bacteria.

If there is color or odor that is a sign of infection and needs to be checked by a doctor.

Oh okay so its perfectly normal I have discharge everyday even if i poop, pee, or just sittign down relaxing?

No Odor. Its just clear.

Yes, it is normal, and natural. Without it you could run into a number of problems. Be glad you have it.

well i do have discharge every day....mostly it takes place ten days before my period come. always using panty liner instead expecting wet panty:( . sometimes it makes me to worry a lot........... cuz believe it , that's not very comfortable thing :)

You're right, its not very comfortable. Its just something we women have to go through. It is perfectly normal, depending on what kind of discharge it is :)
