:( someone please help me!

hairdresser has made a mess of my hair... it is very blonde and two blonde for my skin tone and eye brows ... it also looks very orange and brassy in some place what is best to put on my hair to make it blonde and toned down? would an ash blonde toner work? or should I bleach it again? :eek:

I do not recommend re-bleaching your hair. You should consider going back to the salon and ask them to fix your hair. If that's not an option, you may use the ash blonde color. Leave the hair color mixture on your hair for 10 minutes then wash it out.
