I have RCN cale internet, and an AOL email address, have new computer with a trial of Norton.....AOL works so slow, if it works...I can't seem to disable Norton.....RCN says that it is Norton's problem

Also when I print an email message from AOL, it prints in the smallest type...cannot read it...have the new Windows Vista....no problems printing from Yahoo.com

need the AOL address for a while longer so need to get those emails....help
