I live in Florida and would like to know what rights I have to terminate my ex's parental rights. He is already court ordered not to see my daughter. He was in prison for 7 months. My daughter was with him and saw him while he was using "meth" and other drugs. Do I have any chance at terminating his parental rights?

You need to contact the Florida Bar Referral Service or go to there website and have them refer a lawyer to you in the county you live in. Do it threw the FBRS because if you get a consultation with an attorney it will only cost you 25.00. You need to discuss this with an attorney who deal with Custody / Visitation which are along the same fields when it comes to the Florida Bar. Now depending on what county you live in you may have a Bar Referral Service for your specific county.
