when i get pimples on my face and they get all white i open them,and know i have black spots on my face.

I work as a skin care specialist and we deal with things like this all of the time. First off please don't pop your pimples with your fingers. The nail bed contains staph and other dangerous bacteria that could get into your skin. If you have to pop your pimples then use 2 Q-Tips or something of that sort. Pimples can turn into blackheads and can be buried deep inside of a pore making it very hard to get out. I would advise to go to a skin care place and have them do a peel (usually a Jessner's Peel is great for acne), or go to a dermatologist. Good skin care can be accomplished at home as well. If your skin is acne prone, then don't use any type of big-beaded exfoliants. They only scratch the surface of pimples, and can spread the infection into other pores. good luck.
