ive had black spots all over my nose for years now nothing i do gets rid of them so im at a total loss!! if i prick them with a needle and then squeeze like normal spots dark yellow sticky stuff comes out? theres loads of them so i dont see myself sitting down pricking them all day lol... also after the stuff comes out the *hole* turns red like you can see blood.

they are more in the skin pores and not like normal spots

thanks i find it hard to ask people in real life about this! :o

You should never stick a needle in yourself! If it isnt sterilized it could cause an infection. What you have sound like blackheads. Squeezing them temporarily takes care of the problem but when you do that you can cause them to bleed and scab. Try an Oil Control facewash and if you use it daily you should start to see some results.

From your description, it sounds like you have blackheads or comedones. It is cause by clogged pores, oily skin and hardened sebaceous secretion. Try using a gentle exfoliant to remove dead skin cells. You can also use blackhead strips, such as Biore strips to remove them. If these methods don't work, go to a beauty supply store and get a blackhead remover or extractor. This should extract the blackheads from your nose.
