I found the product that works for me! I've been searching for about two years now for a product that worked for me! Countless hours searching through forums like this and doing my own research on chemicals. I hope all you ladies are reading this... because this product really does work. I've been using it for about a month now and already seeing my skin lighten by 2 shades. I paid around $200 for this... but I got a huge set of the product. The main ingredient in the lotion is Kojic acid, licorice, ascorbic acid (vitamin etc.). The lady selling this product has been selling it for years on eBay and has hundreds of repeat customers. Please let me know if you need more information or pictures of myself before and after.

I've tried it all from skin whitening pills to "body bleach" and have seen little to no results. I was skeptical about trying this product but I'm glad I did because the skin on my face peeled within two days of using the lotion and black soap together.

Just in case you're wondering I am Black and Native Alaskan, but if you saw me you wouldn't know I was native with the exception of my hair... I have always had uneven skin tones... but this lotion and face creame has even my skin toned dramatically and unexpectedly lightened my face by two shades (back to the color of my scalp!) I'm posting this message because this product works and I'm glad to share it with you. I'll be happy to provide more information...

Thanks,

What I've found to be very effective is bio claire with no hydroquione. I have wasted a lot of money on expensive products where most didn't work so who would have thought that an over the counter cream would work so well. It lightened my dark skin considerably in a short amount of time.

Hey lovelee I just bought the bioclaire as previous reviews were good but recent posts have said that they got patchy skin. What is your experience with this, how long have you used it?

Bio Claire works really well for the body, but I think it may be too strong for the face. I use the soap to shower, followed by the oil. I then finish with the body lotion. It's been just over a week and already my arms, hands, legs and feet are starting to even in tone and lighten.

For my face, I just mix a little of the oil with my usual moisturiser. I'm only experimenting with the face because I think I want to try a different product for the face.

Hey Monsoon
Well I have been using it for about 2 months and I've seen a big difference. It did leave some parts of my skin patchy but it goes away in a few days. My neck had a light patch in the front and I panicked but a few days later it blended nicely. But I have to say that it lightened my skin considerably especially my arms and stomach the two places that were darker then the rest of my body. I would highly recommend this product, let me know how it goes.

I'm Asian with brown skin. I've been using glutathione products and it's been the most effective yet. The pills take about a couple of months to work, but the whitening effect is all over. There are also gluta ampules you can use on your face but I haven't tried that. There there are the gluta creams and soaps, which are not as potent as the pills but will do for gradual whitening.

The brand of soap I use comes from the Philippines, there seems to be a whole host of these products coming from that country.

Since I've been using gluta (4 months), my color has changed from brown to fair (very light pale brown). I believe gluta will work for all skin types. It not only lightens but makes your complexion even and smooth. Uven my underarms have become even toned with the rest of my body. So with my knees, elbows and other parts.

Any Glutathione that is Manufactured here in the US, Beware and do not buy glutathione from Asia, there are a bunch of fakes coming form these countries. They mix so much stuff with glutathione its scary.

Thanks Carmen. I was thinking the same thing, so I told someone to get it from the US. I also read somewhere about taking glutathione injections directly instead of the pills, I wonder if that's better. Is it possible to inject it yourself or do you have to go to a doctor?

Hi, Im marissa and I know how you feel girl. I have been looking forever for skin lightener that will help with the spots on my face and body. I wanted to even out my skin color and maybe lighten just a few shades. I have wasted a lot of money on stuff that doesn't work.

Also don't every buy products that are not made by a big company, you can never trust if they are honest. Read this article Do L-Glutathione Pills Make Skin Lighter? (http://womeninquire.com/index.php/Do-L-Glutathione-Pills-Make-Skin-Lighter.html) It will tell you all about that scam that smaller companies are running to take your money! You must be patient there is no quick fix!

List of Skin Lightening Creams (http://womeninquire.com/index.php/Table/Lightening-Creams/) - check out what rating they got, if they are recommended, and what their active ingredients are.

I hope that helps! Im a member of WomenInquire.com (http://womeninquire.com)and it is the BEST website if you are looking to lighten skin, it gives you a ton of information, how-tos, list of whitening creams, gels, cleansers, masks, and they are truthful. I'm very unhappy right now. I used to have real even but very dark skin and just wanted to make it brighter. Used clearessence maxi tone range for a while and it gave me these faint patches around my eyes-i stopped using that and decided to use makari to remove the patches-now my face is completely messed up- I wish I could sue makari. My skin has at least 5 shades now. The patches are much darker and I'm just so sad. Let have the ebay's woman ID so I can do something about my face. Can I also see your before and after pictures? Thank you.

Hey Ebony29

I really recommend you stop using skin lightners and possibly see a dermatologist.

You can probably start by getting a facial peel.

Good luck

I'm so sorry to hear about your results.
When I used Diana Stalder I suffered from some dark patches also.
What you have to do is if you're still using the cream, stop. Let your skin heal. Use extra virgin olive oil at night.
Also, please contact your dermatologist.

If u really want to lighten you are skin tone unifomly U should take L-Glutathione 1250mg and 1000mg alpha lipoic acid and 1000mg vitaminC in a day, and it is necessary to take L-Glutathione with lemon water with too much concentration. You have to take this for 5-6 months. In addition to it U can apply some type of topical solution also. But try to protect from sun even for 1 hour also. Me and my two friends have been using it for 2 months and it has shown us drastic results I have lightened my skin tone by 3 shdes but my other friends by 2 shades.I am a college boy and when I returned home everybody was astonished and started asking me that how did this happen. If u have any further queries mail me on ([email protected])

I was in the beauty store, and this lady was talking to a friend of hers that walked in. She was complaiing about her scars, I was listening and she mentioned Rico Lemon Xtra. She said it works really fast. I was like what the hck it is really cheap so I bought a box. I have been using it for 5 days now... (seriously) my roommate said omg your skin I looking good... I was like are you serious. I have been doing nothing diferently. I know the product is on the banned list for contaig more hydroquinone that what the government allows, but who cares. I am starting to see the fading on my legs and a spot on my face already. It is largely a little bit of a diffrence but it has not ben a week yet.

Try it! Seriously.

Thank you so what works for one person may not work for the other, so its really a trial and error, you can't really say this and that don't work period because lightening creams work differently on everyone.

You just gather all the materials together, (the "What you need to make cosmetics" talks about this more) like the spatula, beaker (all sterilized to prevent bacteria buildup), mix all of the ingredients really well, then add preservatives or perfumes. Last, you store it somewhere or refridgerate it if you don't use a preservative.

***It's best to read through the articles, too, because they talk about how to make emulsifiers, preseratives, etc

There are many products that work, you just have to find the one that suits your skin the best and that will take a lot of trial and error... believe me when I say that you will go through many a product before you settle on one... everyone's skin is different and so you can't just think that what works on other will work on you...

My suggestion is that you start looking for products that have skin lightening ingredients - depending on how light you want to get, you can choose various ingredients... for instance, right now, last I checked alpha arbutin was one of the best lightning ingredients out there, so it should give you great results, if you are looking for a less intensive change, then perhaps licorice or such ing may work better...

Research everything, don't just take everyone's word for it... it's up to you to make sure that what you are using is safe and effective...

We're all looking for that miracle product but it doesn't exist (and believe me I've been through many creams)...

So good luck!

Well if you are too afraid to use monobenzone then try the rdl astringent #3 or maxi peel #3. These are really good products but they are not permanent. But if you use them everday religiously then your skin will stay lighter. If you think that the hydroquinone is too harsh then try kojic acid or green papaya extract or astringent. Eskinol and Biolink make good astringents and extract that contain raw green papaya. The green papaya soap works pretty well, all these products make your skin exfoliate like crazy and when you exfoliate lighter brighter skin appears!

Hi, there are several places to get maxi peel #3. I normally get it from any eBay seller in the USA or the 911 Health Shop online but it is cheaper just to get it from kabayancentral.com. Kabayancentral.com has really great skin whitening products but it will take about 16 days to get the items because they are being shipped internationally. Maxi peel comes in 2% hydroquinone and 4%. Maxi peel #1 and #2 have 2% hydroquinone and maxi peel #3 has 4% and this is the one I use because it works really fast!

Are you serious?? Which arbutin is that? So if I buy soaps with them in it, does that mean that it will actually retain the lightening effects?

I have to say I've used my fair share of skin products but not to be lighter just to even out my skin, like gabrielle union, glutathione worked like 1/2 a shade it took like one and a 1/2 months, and I had to keep moving the mirrors into different lights to really see if their was a change, I stopped gluta and kept taking vitamin c until I could afford some more miraculously this seemed to be doing the job even better, which made me feel like this was the real skin lightener and not the gluta, I've been taking vita c since November 2008 till now around 2500mg a day, drinking lots of water the day before and taking them at night really does give you a radiant glow in the morning, 3.99 for 120 caps not bad, but at least its natural even though it takes some time my skin is lighter from within because the melanin has been reduced, so just regular peels and exfoliation and in a couple of months bright glowing skin.

Hi all,I have one method which can help u,but you have to make this at home friends, take one stillmens bleach cream and 2 archee creams and one lage size betnovate cream you can add vit E capsul 5 to 6 capsule gell mix all very well,, apply this cream to your face and neck its really v effective but don't use this cream for long period as it has betnovate which iz a steroid and can increase hair growth on your face but if you are male you can use this without this fear you can see results within 1 week after having your desired complexion stop adding betnovate cream,it iz just like a miracle believe me.but don't use for long periods it can cause acne as well so you have to take care of your skin but you can try it
HI DHRANI I WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG TIME I SHOULD USE THIS CREAM?LIKE 1 WEEK?AND I ALSO WANT TO KNOW CAN I USE THIS CREAM AFTER 3MONTHS LATER.. THEN STOP AND THEN AFTER 3 Months AGAIN I CAN USE? I NEED TO KNOW

The brand of soap I use comes from the Philipines, there seems to be a whole host of these products coming from that country.

How can I have this product bt not thhrough internet... im from bangladesh n u?:)

Thanks Carmen. I was thinkin the same thing, so I told someone to get it from the US. I also read somewhere about takin glutathione injections directly instead of the pills, I wonder if that's better. Is it possible to inject it yourself or do you have to go to a doctor?

Hello.. your from bangladesh right?me too:)...

Um... why do you sound like a seller? this reads like a magazine ad instead of someone's experience.

What I've found to be very effective is bio claire with no hydroquione. I have wasted alot of money on expensive products where most didn't work so who would have thought that an over the counter cream would work so well. It lightened my dark skin considerably in a short amount of time.

Hey ruth2007.

I want to lighten my skin using Bio clair but I am confused because some people say not safe.

So I really need your help right now before I start using it,I want to know if you are using it up to now and how it works on u.

Help me.my e-mail is [email protected].

Although it definitely whitened my skin, I Would not recommend Bio claire. It thins the skin and makes it extremely tender, with veins clearly visible. Some people have also mentioned stretch marks. It is clear that it contains steroids and who knows what other harmful ingredients, so I think you should give it a miss.

Hi MAHARANI, Have you tried any other whitening pill?

Hi paripari,

Bio claire is a cream, lotion or oil, depending on which of their range you have selected. I don't believe they do pills.

I have not used any skin whitening pills by any particular skin whitening company, but I have used MSM in the past but I did not take it consistently to pass comment on whether I could see a difference.

Lilrapper you do not want to try Bio clair, there are other lighteners out their that are not harmful. If I had known the dangers of bio clair before I had tried it, I would have never purchased it. What reason is there to try something that you have been informed that it is not safe to use and can possibly give you irreversible results? Try something else. That mess (steroids) get's into your blood stream, not just on your skin.

If Bio claire ever came out with "lightening" pills, they will probably be made with steroids too... lol. But, the MSM I am still curious if it can really lighten?
