    Why cant I get him hard anymore?
    My boyfriend and I have had sex for the first time and he said it was great but when we where go to have sex again I couldn't get him hard?? what should I do?? :confused:

    Sex again? Was it right after? If that is the case not all men can get hard right away.
    If it was days later, he might have medical issue. Talk to him about it.

    Sounds like the case of erectile dysfunction to me..
    If he's not getting proper nutrition in a day it can lead to ED.
    If he's not exercising enough, it can also lead to ED.
    If you care enough to, try to get him to eat a balanced diet and exercise more.
    Make sure he gets a good level of zinc, for zinc is one of the minerals needed to produce testosterone in the male body. Oh yeah, low testosterone is also a factor that can lead to ED.
    Here are some foods that contain many of the essential nutrients for males.
    1. Raw oysters
    2. Orange vegetables (carrots, bell peppers)
    3. Broccoli
    4. Banana

    If all else fails and you still can't get him hard, talk to your doctor and look into Viagra or Cialis as a treatment.

    She stated on a different post that she turned 18 a week ago.
    On this post she also asks the question, "how much blood do you lose when you lose your virginity?" and it was posted yesterday an hour before this one.

    So I'm going to assume that you lost your virginity yesterday and you tried to get him to stand up again right after or soon after.

    If that was the case, you're overreacting.
    As far as I know not all people can go for another run right after they've finished.
