i have chosen to be a celibate but i have problems in dealing with my sexual urge, since going out to a lady will be a sin; i have used the idea of sports and calling but those feelings tend to go and come; sometimes i notice the feelings makes me uninterested in any thing like sports.what it wants is just having a woman aroung. how do i treat this

Being celibate does not involve abstinance from sex alltogether. Just not having sex with another person. If total abstinance was the actual intent you need to be clear about that.
