it is not dangerous to have sex on your period. i have no change in sensitiveness while having sex on mine. you may be different. maybe it might feel better to him. most likely to not get pregnant on your period.

Its only dangerous if you have expensive linnens. Or are adverse to the sight of blood. You can still get pregnant on a period.....its less likely but still completely possible so don't make any assumptions.

yes it can be VERY messy, but I dont feel any more sensitive during "my" time.

Usually for me its less enjoyable as it is WAY to messy to have Foreplay, as well as changing positions and flopping around the bed... lol

We stopped doing that early in our mariage because it was just too much work. Wife loves taking care of me other ways during that time, and I like it so nobody suffers.

it is really messy. but when i want it, i want it. you just have to have a partner who is understanding. i don't make it a point to have sex while flo is there, it is happening less and less. it is too much to think about, too much work.

We don't generally have sex during my period either--mostly because of the mess.

Some women DO ovulate during their periods, though, so you CAN still get pregnant during your period. You should be using birth control anyway!!

And Smoothy---I figure if *I* have to do without for those 5 days, then my hubby can do without for those 5 days too. At least HE doesn't have cramps on top of sexual frustration.

I never had intercourse during my period after I tried it once and found it very unpleasant. The cramping from sloughing off the uterine wall made it too unpleasant to have a penis poking around up there...hm, even a little painful.

Well, I don't badger her for that.....she actually takes the initiative because she enjoys it as well. Maybe as much as me. Sometime thats what she wants to do....I always made it clear to her early on. If you are in the mood for a certain thing, just say so. If I am really in the mood for a certain thing I'll say so...otherwise I don't care and am open to anything.

No I am not the kind to sulk and mope around if I had to wait a few days.
