My opinion is that it gets better with practice and experience. Try thinking of something else while you are having sex, something that has nothing to do with what is happening at the moment. (Not easy, I know) Without trying to sound judgmental, this is usually a problem that beginners and a lot of young men have. I wouldn't be too worried, it will improve, take my word for it......
