Hi im a 21 year old whos never had sex before but masturbates frequently like once aday at least sometimes 3 if the feeling is that intence or if ive been irritated threw out the day.
But what im wondering why cant i fight the urge to not masturbate i mean i enjoy it and stuff but id like to go with out it for at least a week or so just so i can enjoy it more when i do it again, i dont look at porn or stuff like that so how else can i refraim from doing this for as long as i want too ne hints?

But if you want to know if it's normal I think it is. Just means you have a stronger sex drive. Maybe because you're tense or stressed. It happens. Don't really worry about it. Not like masturbation can hurt anyone right?............unless you do what excon says
From what you said your not doing it because your horny, your doing it relive stress. Try finding other things to do to get your mind off your stress. Get a hobby other then jerking off hehehe... Sorry couldn't help that one hehehe...
Don't kick yourself for it because jerking off is much better then what alot of people do to fight stress. Drinking and smoking, eating, fighting.
Try finding a different stress relief or something else to relieve your boredom instead of spanking the monkey.... since it seems like you dont do it just for sexual gradification all the time
I dont see where this is a problem, but if it bothers you it is a problem to you. You have to find something else to do. When I was tryng to stop smoking pot I'd jog two miles everytime I got the urge. Do something physical and gradually stop. you are setting youself up for failure if you try do just stop cold turkey. Move to once a day then three times a week to once a week and end it. Some people are able to fight off the urge of sexual intercours with masturbation, when they stop masturbating they start havingex. so be careful that you don't trade a deamon for old lucifer himself.
I agree with Parajr. When you feel the urge drop down and do as many push-ups as you can, or maybe go for a walk. Unless this is affecting your life negatively, you could have much worse habits.
