Simple really, you tell him that you are not ready for such a serious relationship at this time. You don't have to tell him you are a virgin, that is your own personal and private business. You can tell him that you are flattered he thinks of you in this way, but you like to take time and get to know a person slowly before making such a monumentous decision.

And, girl, KUDOS to you for keeping your virginity if you are not ready for motherhood. Sex brings a load of baggage with it, and if you are not ready to be a parent, not able to handle the risks of STDs, they you are a very smart girl.
