Hi Broken,
You will unquestionably know it if you orgasm, though one thing to be aware of... Even before orgasm, you may release small amounts of "precum", a fluid that can and likely does contain traces of sperm. So, pulling out before ejaculation is certainly no guarantee that pregnancy absolutely will not occur. Therefore, if you are worried about such, always use a condom. There is always the issue of STD's to consider as well.
