Their are plastic surgeons who specialize in altering female genitalia. I am not a fan of porn but have watched some in my time and after discovering this about plastic surgeons, i realized why some pron stars have no labia majora at all. It has all to do with erotica.
I've seen much porn as well....While most of the women look great I tend to like the ones with the natural breasts and or/ the larger vaginal labia.
I don't like boob jobs unless the woman has the "orange in a gym sock" thing going on. And prefer the nether regions unaltered by a cosmetic surgeon, except maybe if you consider laser hair removal cosmetic surgery.

Perhaps surgical minimization of the labia is somehow connected to the common misconception that a woman's entire crotch is a vagina. The vagina is just a hole, a tube for blood, babies and penises. Vaginas are interesting, but only when attached to the rest of the body. Maybe that's the only real trouble with porn, it disconnects.

Hon, you are not alone. A very large majority of women have large, darker tinted lips. That is actually very common. Most of the women you see in porn and magazines either have had some nice photoshop work done or they get their lips bleached to make them a nice pink color. Don't worry about it so much.
Hi, Choux, yes I think the absence or minimal labia majora are sought after by porn stars because it makes the clitoris more prominent. As I understand it, there is also plastic surgery to make the clitoris larger as well, but I think that would minimize sensation, and they really cant advertise that for obvious reasons such as genital mutilation. It is all about money anyway, most porn stars are quite wealthy if they can moan really well.
I believe society, such as the porn industry wants people to think that a 'tucked in' vagina is the sexiest. Why? Who knows? Who got to decide if that was attractive or not?
