I agree with the answers you have gotten so far. If you are married do it as often as your partner and you want to do it.

If not, you do it when your girlfriend wants it.

The only side effect is that if your girlfriend does not want to have sex and you make her, you suffer the consequences of rape.

My wife and I have sex 2 or more times a day the only side effects I see is I am more relaxed and sleep better and she smiles more. Every person is different you just need to have a partner who has the same desires to be happy and healthy

Ok so I am a newlywed so I have been enjoying sex on a regular basis...at least once a day. I can tell you that I am MUCH more relaxed and my husband has been seen skipping and singing while at work. I guess those are our side effects
